Useful properties of ginseng for men and women
Korean ginseng (or Insam, which means "root of life" in Korean) is a unique perennial herb that is used to make drugs with a wide therapeutic effect.
Unlike counterparts growing in China and America, the active flowering period of Korean ginseng lasts 6 months. The most valuable is considered a plant older than 6 years. White, red and black ginseng is made from it in the form of powders and extracts.
Digged, peeled and dried in the sun or in the oven, ginseng root in its natural form. Compared to red and black, the content of biologically active substances (saponins and ginsenosides) in it is low.
Red
This is a fermented (subjected to a long heat treatment with steam) ginseng root. As a result, ginseng acquires a red-brown hue.
The initial composition of the feedstock changes - some substances decompose, others (new) are formed.
The action of red ginseng is mild, it can be taken by those suffering from hypertension and other pathologies of the cardiovascular system. Fermented ginseng is suitable for wellness and general strengthening procedures.
Black
The record holder for the content of two main valuable elements that affect human life and health - these are ginsenosides Rg and Rb (there are more than 90% of them in Korean insam), is rightfully called the "king of medicinal plants".
Black ginseng is obtained by repeated (not 3-4, as usual, but 9) successive evaporations in order to achieve the maximum concentration of saponins in the extract.
The drug has been prepared in this way for 4 centuries, it is believed that it has the strongest healing properties. It has a high content of alkaloids, there is cane sugar, it is rich in vitamins and carbohydrates.
Eastern healers claim that the plant puts those who have undergone complex operations and serious illnesses on their feet. No wonder the six-year-old ginseng root is called the "root of life", and natural ginseng tincture for sexual potency is sometimes more effective than pharmaceutical preparations of chemical origin.
Gold
Golden ginseng or pink root (scientifically called Rhodiola rosea) from the Crassulaceae family grows up to 60 cm. This medicinal plant is covered with caps of small yellow flowers, the weight of the root reaches 1 kg. The smell of flowers is similar to the aroma of roses, for which the plant got its name.
Rhodiola is called golden ginseng for its shiny bronze-colored rhizome with a shimmer of old gilding.
Under natural conditions, it grows on stony soils, along the banks of mountain rivers and lakes, and is found in meadows in the Alps. It is easy to grow it in the country, the root of the plant acquires healing properties after the seeds ripen. With artificial cultivation, young plants are not disturbed, and part of the adult rhizomes are left in the soil for propagation.

- Pour hot water over the tea leaves a second time.
In this way, tea leaves are washed from impurities and dust, the drink is transparent, with a pure taste.
Tea drinking itself also has its own traditions - oolong tea changes flavors with each brewing.
Connoisseurs recommend brewing it at least 8 times. For the first time, the drink is insisted for no longer than 20 seconds, so that it does not turn out bitter. Subsequent brewing - for 30-40 seconds.
