After that, the juice is squeezed out, the juice of one lemon is added to it, and the resulting mixture is cooked for another 15 minutes. The resulting elixir can be used throughout the year, as it keeps well in the refrigerator.


Decoction of bush roots


Immerse one large spoonful of dried and chopped roots in a liter of boiling water and boil over low heat for several minutes, but not more than five. Leave covered for an hour. After that, strain and take twenty grams a couple of times a day. The remedy will help relieve swelling.



Baths with black elderberry


Insist leaves and finely chopped roots of the bush for two hours. Pour the resulting infusion into a previously prepared bath with a water temperature not higher than 37 degrees. You can stay in it for 10-15 minutes before going to bed.

It is advisable to do the procedure within 15 days. This procedure is famous for its disinfecting effect.
