Oak Bark For Potency

One of the main male problems in sex is premature ejaculation, which negatively affects the relationship of the couple and becomes the cause of dissatisfaction, irritability and nervousness in women, and in the stronger sex it causes a feeling of inferiority. The duration of sexual intercourse is a purely individual matter, and there is no standardized norm here, but sexologists believe that such an intimacy that lasted less than 3 minutes can be called short.

Early ejaculation can be associated with a number of factors, both physiological and emotional:

  • Increased sensitivity of the head of the penis
  • Hormonal disorders
  • The influence of alcohol, nicotine and drugs
  • Taking certain medications
  • Fear of not living up to the expectations of a new sexual partner
  • Depression, stress

Many traditional healers advise using crushed oak bark to increase potency. This herbal preparation is very beneficial for the normal functioning of all organs, including the penis. However, it is not worth considering the bark as a phenomenal remedy that solves all problems with erections. After a series of scientific experiments, the positive effect of oak bark on male strength was proved, but, at the same time, the men studied tried to adhere to a healthy diet, a normal lifestyle and good rest. Thus, the scientists concluded that the bark increases potency only in combination with other means of folk and traditional medicine.

Oak bark: 100 troubles - one answer

The oak tree product is unique in composition, because it contains a combination of beneficial tannins, amino acids, pectins and minerals that have anti-inflammatory, wound healing and restorative effects. Tannins make up from 10 to 20% and have a beneficial effect on the removal of inflammatory processes in the intestinal mucosa and gastrointestinal tract. An important role is played by pectins, which are responsible for maintaining normal intestinal microflora, strengthen immunity, and promote the absorption of food. Bark is used:

  • In case of burns to prevent the ingress of germs
  • After poisoning, both food and chemical, accompanied by intestinal disorders
  • For hair care in case of dandruff, itching and tendency to grease
  • For scurvy (lack of vitamin C)
  • As a remedy for sweating hands and feet
  • For rinsing the mouth if an unpleasant odor occurs

INTERESTING TO KNOW: Unlike other folk remedies, decoctions based on oak bark have no contraindications, with the exception of individual sensitivity to herbal preparations

How to prepare oak bark

You can prepare this miracle remedy yourself if you know some rules. The collection of plant material begins from April to June. Not all of the bark is suitable for drying. Old oak contains few useful substances, therefore, as a rule, young, smooth branches with a rich olive color at the base are chosen. Ring cuts are made on the tree, leaving a distance of at least 3 cm between them. Then longitudinal cuts are made and, by tapping, the bark is removed from the oak. Drying is carried out in well-ventilated rooms where the material is laid out in a thin layer. On warm days, you can dry the bark in the sun until it turns yellow and begins to break. After that, the collected material is crushed and brewed.
