In any case, it is advisable to consult a doctor regarding the course of treatment and doses, especially if there are certain deviations.
Rules for harvesting chestnuts
For the procurement of raw materials, you should pick up young trees (no older than 2-3 years), which have white flowers during the flowering period. Collecting the bark should begin in the spring, after which it is cut into pieces and dried outside. To prepare flowers, they are cut along with the pedicels, leaving them to dry out in the open air under a canopy or in a room with good ventilation. Chestnut leaves are suitable for harvesting, from the moment they appear until the first yellowness is formed, while the concentration of nutrients does not change significantly. In July, they begin to collect nuts for further preparation of alcoholic tincture. They are dried for about 3-4 weeks at an air temperature of 25C. It is advisable to store dried chestnut products in a dark, dry room for no more than 1 year.
