Compatibility of Dapoxetine with Cialis
Compatibility of Dapoxetine with Cialis
When interacting with Cialis, the drug effect of Dapoxetine increases and a man gets the opportunity to fully restore sexual potency. Long-term combination of drugs requires preliminary examination for contraindications and constant observation by an andrologist.
Dapoxetine hydrochloride is a serotonin reuptake inhibitor, it helps to increase the strength and duration of an erection, to avoid early release of semen. Cialis containing tadalafil is a type 5 phosphodiesterase inhibitor that helps to increase libido and improve the quality of intercourse.
Combined action of stimulant drugs
When these pharmacological agents interact in men, the following positive changes are observed:
- temporary blocking of the brain receptors responsible for the processing of serotonin
- the supply of a sufficient amount of serotonin in the blood and a timely response to excitatory signals
- the delivery of operational commands to the endocrine glands located in the prostate gland, adrenal cortex and testicles, for the secretion of testosterone
- acceleration of chemical processes of control of biomechanisms associated with the production of an erection mediator
- secretion of nitric oxide and cyclic guanosine monophosphate, allowing to relax the smooth muscles of vascular tissues in the groin
- lengthening of the body of the penis and a decrease in hemodynamic resistance in the cavernous tissue
- an increase in tumescence (increase in volume) and rigidity (increase in hardness) of the male genital organ due to active arterial inflow li >
- significant entrainment of blood pressure within the corpora cavernosa, complete venous occlusion
- acquisition is possible the potential for prolonged sexual intercourse with an increased likelihood of conception
