Compatibility Of Dapoxetine With Cialis

When interacting with Cialis, the drug effect of Dapoxetine increases and a man gets the opportunity to fully restore sexual potency. Long-term combination of drugs requires preliminary examination for contraindications and constant observation by an andrologist.

Dapoxetine hydrochloride is a serotonin reuptake inhibitor, it helps to increase the strength and duration of an erection, to avoid early release of semen. Cialis containing tadalafil is a type 5 phosphodiesterase inhibitor that helps to increase libido and improve the quality of intercourse.

Combined action of stimulant drugs

When these pharmacological agents interact in men, the following positive changes are observed:

  • temporary blocking of the brain receptors responsible for the processing of serotonin
  • the supply of a sufficient amount of serotonin in the blood and a timely response to excitatory signals
  • the delivery of operational commands to the endocrine glands located in the prostate gland, adrenal cortex and testicles, for the secretion of testosterone
  • acceleration of chemical processes of control of biomechanisms associated with the production of an erection mediator
  • secretion of nitric oxide and cyclic guanosine monophosphate, allowing to relax the smooth muscles of vascular tissues in the groin
  • lengthening of the body of the penis and a decrease in hemodynamic resistance in the cavernous tissue
  • an increase in tumescence (increase in volume) and rigidity (increase in hardness) of the male genital organ due to active arterial inflow
  • significant entrainment of blood pressure within the corpora cavernosa, complete venous occlusion
  • acquisition is possible the potential for prolonged sexual intercourse with an increased likelihood of conception

Rules for combining Dapoxetine and Cialis

The simultaneous use of these stimulating medications is allowed only if there is a direct prescription from the attending physician, who will recommend: 1. use tonic drugs about 2 hours before the start of intercourse; 2. take no more than one tablet of Cialis and Dapoxetine per day; 3. do not drink more than 60 mg of dapoxetine hydrochloride and 20 mg of tadalafil per day. The dosage of Cialis is reduced to 2.5-5 mg per day if patients have symptoms of increased susceptibility to the drug or slow metabolism of tadalafil; 4. swallow pharmaceutical products whole without breaking or chewing; 5. drink medicinal substances only with still water; 6. avoid drinking alcohol on the day of using sexual stimulants.

Side effects

In case of violation of the instructions of the urologist and an overdose of drugs, a man may suffer from such undesirable manifestations as:

  • pain in the lower trunk, chest and epigastrium, migraines
  • dizziness and fainting, increased muscle tone and seizures
  • dyspeptic symptoms, exacerbation of gastrointestinal disorders
  • decreased visual acuity and swelling of the eyelids, increased sensitivity to sunlight
  • flushing and severe allergic reactions (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, urticaria and dermatitis, profuse lacrimation and increased cough)
  • transient ischemic attacks and amnesia, changes in blood pressure
  • non-arterial anterior ischemic optic neuropathy
  • pain in the genitals, increased duration of erection, causing discomfort and inflammation in the groin
  • decreased immune defense

Contraindications

It is prohibited to use a complex of tonic medicines in case of prescribing: 1. alpha-blockers (sodium nitroprusside and tivortin, molsidomin and vasotropin) 2. nitrate-containing substances (phenoxybenzamine and pyrroxan, doxazosin and nicergoline). Active substances for maintaining sexual health should not be used by sexually mature patients with signs of:
